If you have food allergies, pregnancy dietary restrictions, or other ingredients that you cannot eat, we will do our best to accommodate you.We may not be able to accommodate all dietary requests.

Please inquire at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior to your stay.
Please understand that we cannot accommodate requests made after this time or on the day of your stay.

If you notify us in advance, we will do our best to serve you food that is free of allergens as much as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the allergens will be removed.
If a customer is concerned that we cannot guarantee the removal of allergens, we may be forced to refuse to serve them food, placing the customer's safety first.Please understand.

There are 23 parking spaces indoors (2nd floor) and outdoors (in front of the main entrance on the 3rd floor).
Parking fees are 880 yen (tax included) per car per night.
No reservations are required.

Our staff will guide you to the main entrance, so please come to the entrance in your car.

※There is no parking fee for those coming by bicycle or motorcycle.
※The indoor car park has a maximum height of 2.2m.

We can store your car and luggage before and after check-in.
If you would like to do so, please ask a staff member.
After check-in, we can only store your car until 2:00 p.m.

There is a wooden bed one step up from the living room with a mattress about 10cm thick.
※It is not a bed.

There is an ashtray stand outdoors (to the left of the main entrance).
Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and throughout the facility, so please refrain from using electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products.

To ensure our guests' comfort, we provide wheelchairs and bath chairs.

As numbers are limited, please contact us in advance if you would like to borrow one.

We provide amenities for children so that guests can stay with small children without worry.
